Adult Female Cat - Domestic Short Hair: "Nondi" in Waterville, Nova Scotia

Nondi was left in a box with her two kittens, Noel and Neillo. She was very scared as she had no idea what to expect being stuffed in a box and left outside our door. One of the dogs had sniffed the box out early that morning and we brought them inside quickly, as it was cold. Once the tape was removed she jumped out of the box very fast. She was very nervous and avoided human contact as much as possible. Finally with a blanket as comfort she settled down and was much happier when she was in a kennel with her babies.
Thankfully we found a foster home willing to take her, and the babies and she's come along very well. She's friendly, and loves to be pet! She gets protective over her babies when other cats come near, very good motherly instinct. Now we feel she's ready to find her forever home, wherever that may be. Maybe with you?
